Domestic & International Shipping Charges
Domestic (India): Enjoy FREE SHIPPING on all orders across India, including prepaid and cash on delivery (COD) options.

International: For orders outside India, shipping fees are calculated per kilogram and displayed at checkout, based on your order’s weight and destination.

Taxes and Duties
For international shipments, import duties, taxes, and customs charges may apply, depending on your country’s policies. These additional fees are the customer’s responsibility and must be settled upon delivery. We encourage you to review your country’s import tax policies before placing an order, as we do not accept returns or cancellations for international orders.

If customs fees are unpaid or the order is not accepted, Trihami is not responsible for refunds, exchanges, or returns.

Shipping Timelines
Given the handcrafted nature of our products, please allow 15-20 working days for order dispatch. This timeframe applies to both domestic and international orders. During peak seasons, festivals, or unforeseen circumstances (e.g., public holidays or disruptions), dispatch may be delayed by 10-15 days. We will keep you informed of any delays via email or phone.

Order Receiving Guidelines
To ensure a smooth delivery, please record an unboxing video with a time stamp and take photos of the package within 48 hours of delivery. If the parcel appears damaged or tampered with, please refuse delivery and record a video, take photos, and contact us via email with the visuals and your order number. This helps us resolve any issues promptly with our shipment partners.

Order Processing and Tracking
Once you place your order, it goes through a careful quality check and secure packing process. After dispatch, you’ll receive a unique tracking number via email and SMS, allowing you to monitor your shipment’s progress.

Global Reach: Trihami proudly ships to 220+ countries worldwide. You can verify shipping availability to your location during checkout.

Prepaid & COD Orders: Both prepaid and COD orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by emailing us at support@trihami.com or calling our customer support number, available from Monday to Saturday, 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.

Credit Note Usage: If issued, credit notes are sent to your registered email and can be used once on our website within three months of issue.
